Dark earth on win 7, Final soultion

Creo questo topic siccome ho trovato da solo la soulzione per giocare questo gioco anche su Windows 7 x86.


- Innazitutto scaricate DxWnd http://sourceforge.net/projects/dxwnd/ ; Permette di far partire gran parte dei giochi in finestra.

- Installate il programma; (install the software)

- Aprite il programma, tasto destro e premette Add
scegliete l'eseguibile dkev.exe dalla vostra cartella. (Right-click and Add dkev.exe from yours folder)

- Ora settiamo DxWnd per farlo partire correttamente premete sul icona del gioco appena aggiunto e premete modify : (now setting DxWnd)
- In Main > Launch inserite alla fine -1 -32K (insert this at the end)
tipo : C:\Microprose\Dark Earth\dkev.exe -1 32K (example)
Spuntate : Hook all dlls, Hook OpenGl; Selezionate la risoluzione che volete. (tick this, and set the resolution you wont)

- in Video : Simulate 8pp desktop, Lock sys color, Win7 colorfix

- DirectX > Emulation > Primary buffer e cliccate le prime quattro spunte di DirectDraw surface handling (tick the first four button of DirectDraw surface handling )

Ora il gioco partirą e funzionerą anche la schermata dei salvataggi!
