Tu devi avere tutti i file nella stessa gerarchia che vedi dentro i file vdf. In gothic 1 non so ma mi apre sia uguale.
I file compilati dentro Anims\_compiled (non tutto, che è tutto?? XD), e i gestori della animazioni non compilati in anims e basta
